Dadoc Posted July 22, 2008 Report Posted July 22, 2008 In general, if he were really doing what he claimed to, I wouldn't have a problem with it. But this was obviously not in his safety. He went seeking to kill them and he did. This is first degree murder. Reports show that he shot them in the back. How can someone threaten your life with their backs to you and you having a shot gun?
