The riddle is only 5 lines long and it's signified by the line that says "herr is the truth"

 

The reason that signifies the true riddle is because it says it's the truth and the method of deducing the true riddle is with the spelling mistakes. That is... every line that starts with a mispelled word (double cononant at the end) is part of the riddle. Everything else is just crap I threw in there as signified by the line "along with the rest of that junk I threw in" which appropriately got this post thrown into the trash bin. lulz cause it's about 70% garbage.

 

The real riddle is then this:

Herr is the truth. Y. Here

Obviously the last line contains the name of the chat channel, the remaining lines just give clues

First step is you need to cut the astericks out, you're left with

mysterYY OF negative double OH S

 

Since the double Y was falsehood (because Herr is the truth. Y.) you have to take out the extra Y

Another way to say "sir" is "mister" which is really another way to spell "mystery"

Obviously the Minas' sign gets thrown in in place of the word "negative"

That leaves you with:

misterY OF - double OH S

 

Since chat channels don't have spaces you obviously need to take the spaces out

misterYOF-doubleOHS

 

Then you need to figure out what doubleOHS is.... which just means two "o"s

The two o's make the sign for infinity (which was hinted at in my signature)

So the Final answer to the riddle and the chat channel is:

misterYof-oo

 

Which could be read as:

Mister Y of -infinity

OR

Mystery of negative infinity

 

Which is obviously just some clever bullcrap I made up, but it sounded pretty cool so I decided to make a riddle and post it on the forums.

 

Nobody ever showed up on the chat channel and now I've got to leave subspace again. Yes, I'm leaving again for a time. My real nick is Arry (oh hai linear-key!) which is why hyperspace wasn't random. And as for X'terrania, he thinks I'm Katrina so I made Arry's profile look like a Katrina profile. gg

 

There's only one thing left to be said and it's already posted under my signature for Arry:

By the way, I think JDS wins cause he's like the only person who really believed it was a riddle. Everyone else just was blowing smoke in my topic :( Lynks definitely lost cause he thought he had to read the bible and Harry potter and he also didn't see that the length and the spelling mistakes were part of the riddle. GG JDS WINS!

 

Oh and FYI the only thing Unix knew was that I was Arry, lulz, she never solved the riddle or joined the chat channel :(

I believed it was a riddle...I was just waiting to see if anyone would have the brains enough to figure out that it was indeed a riddle rather than arrogantly, ignorantly, and "!@#$%^&*holely" reply with a flame/troll post.

 

I think that was a very brilliant riddle. It's a shame that the majority of people here are too !@#$%^&*hat to be able to take a simple thread and treat it the way they did. Too caught up in their selfish ways to take honest time to try and understand someone elses point of view rather than their own.. :\

God, you're a re!@#$%^&*. That isn't a riddle, that's an obscure brain-teaser made by an illiterate nut.
