Guest MJallday Posted June 25, 2008 Report Posted June 25, 2008 ive been playing subspace on and off for about 7/8 years now.... and ive never known it like it is now every time on extreme games it seems to "lag" me out, despite me having plenty of bandwith (8mb) left.... ive run a trace and it seems to be packet loss but at a site thats beyond my /my ISP's control anyone any ideas on what i can do?... at MY end im on wireless, my ISP is NTL (virgin) all the packet loss seems to be at this hopone.net place, whatever they are... PoLiX Posted June 25, 2008 Report Posted June 25, 2008 Good old Hopone at it again.... Sorry to say, but w/ them, just have to wait it out bro. That or change ISPs... but that would just be stupid for a single game/few zones.
Hakaku Posted June 25, 2008 Report Posted June 25, 2008 Extreme Games seems to be having quite a few server spikes lately (I noticed at least 2 within the past hour), which is causing half of its players and bots to disconnect from the zone. This may be along the same issue as your own if this has only been happening recently, in which case I can only tell you to wait it out for a while.
