Victory Track Needed

I have a song i would like looped for a victory track.

 

The song is featured at http://www.newgrounds.com/audio/listen/14381

and I am looking for the best balance of quality and length, maxxing out at a total size of preferably 384KB but no more than 512KB

0:13.5 --- 0:40.5

0:40.5 --- 1:16
