Whats the point of promoting squads if private freq is frowned upon? Isn't the whole point of a squad is so they can flag together and benefit? At the moment, you rarely see priv flagging freqs because it's almost impossible with the new bases and 6 people limit. I'm not gonna bother with details but you get the picture.

Just because it's frowned upon doesn't mean people don't do it

 

Also, squads can be used in other areas not pub related, like league related, hint hint

Who's said it's frowned upon? If I didn't want privs, I'd disable them...

 

Six good people are more than a match for 8-10 incompetent ones on a pub team. Especially when the other pub is flanking them.

I think he meant frowned upon by other players.

 

A lot of times though the other pubs don't flank one another, if that happens a priv team gets killed. I have only seen one priv team able to withstand against a pub of 10 when the pub team wasn't flanked, even if the pub team is being flanked it's still pretty hard.
