Anywho, what kind of green tea is that?

Sencha green tea, it's a japanese type. Another good one is Gyokuro, very expensive though, and then there's the powdered Macha.

Those three are the most consumed Japanese green teas, and I believe them to be one of the strongest points in their diet that extends their lifespan.

Yeah, Green tea leaves totally own over tea bags, that's for sure. Japanese are crazy, you'll see old folks out and about riding their bicycles all over. But unless I were to become fat, I don't plan myself to start becoming overly conscious of the food my body intakes.

If I'm comparable to hippos, then elephants if not Jupiter would be jealous of you. There's a difference between becoming diet-consciously obsessed and actually eating healthy food. For one, I rarely eat any junk food or much of what's labelled as unhealthy foods, so I honestly don't see why I need to start worrying about living longer. Food alone won't help you unless you keep yourself in shape. That's another huge difference between Asian society and Western obesity.

Not all Japanese are active either, it all boils down to a little exercise, and a decent diet.
