Kreon Posted April 23, 2008 Report Posted April 23, 2008 Hey guys, I'm pretty new to the zone. I had some questions that came up when I was playing. I couldn't really figure them out according to the zone do!@#$%^&*entation: 1. I have a defense mount. When I prize bursts then die, I have the burst when I respawn. When I prize a repel, die, then respawn, I don't have the repel anymore. But I think at least once, I did have the repel when I respawned. Is there some different rule between bursts and repels which mandates which one persists and which doesn't? What about the other consumables? 2. You're allowed two emitters, two mounts, and two addons, right? When you buy capacity, can you add an extra 1 to all of those, making for 3/3/3? Or can you only add one to a specific category? I think those are what I have right now. Thanks in advance. Quote
Dr Brain Posted April 23, 2008 Report Posted April 23, 2008 1.) They should always be present when you respawn. We've been having some issues with the code behind greens, and it's possible that it was broken when you got the repel that didn't come back. 2.) I'm not sure exactly what the limits are, but generally speaking the capacity items only add extra capacity in one area. A close inspection of the ?iteminfo for each item will reveal exactly what they do (check the "item type" section). Quote
Kilo Posted April 23, 2008 Report Posted April 23, 2008 1) There is a bug which presently makes greens useless at certain times (but you will still receive the prize for the current life if it is a standard item, regardless.) 2) The capacity items are as such: you can buy up to two batteries, or one "Extra" item. Unix Posted April 23, 2008 Report Posted April 23, 2008 2) Unless the extra addon/mount/emitter changed the combos you can use for them are... -Extra Mount and Emitter OR just extra addon (extra addon takes up two capacity spots) Quote
