rootbear75 Posted April 21, 2008 Author Report Posted April 21, 2008 lmao imo.please do explain how you think this is funny...
Incomplete Posted April 21, 2008 Report Posted April 21, 2008 Hope he dies in a fire....after being starved for several weeks.
Samapico Posted April 21, 2008 Report Posted April 21, 2008 1. This is old 2. There's another side of the story...He actually picked up the (dying) dog from the street. And he was feeding him and all. The dog was just already in bad shape. The point of his exhibit was to show the human cruelty (of the people who left it dying in the streets in the first place), or something like that. Anyway... everything in that article is said to be "not confirmed" and there are reports of the opposite... so no one has the slightest idea what happened, but everyone is jumping to the conclusion
rootbear75 Posted April 21, 2008 Author Report Posted April 21, 2008 i did see that, but those statements can not be confirmed
Samapico Posted April 21, 2008 Report Posted April 21, 2008 That's my point... neither versions are confirmed... so it's useless arguing about it. It's the same as arguing about the existence of God. Except no one cares.Seriously, if you think that is cruel, you have seen nothing There are far much worse things done to animals... and possibly to humans too.
JDS Posted April 22, 2008 Report Posted April 22, 2008 thousands of dogs die everydaythousands of humans die everyday both from preventable causes ask yourself, is it 'ok' if you dont see it, but when you do see it -its not ok? this man is brave , its a shame the dog was killed, but yea, he made a strong point.
Samapico Posted April 22, 2008 Report Posted April 22, 2008 Thousands of dogs could have been saved Thousands of humans could have been saved, like JDS said. This one doesn't upset me any more than these other thousands
»Purge Posted April 22, 2008 Report Posted April 22, 2008 perhaps we should chain up the artist and have him starve to death to depict hunger issues in 3rd world countries?
Suicide_Run Posted April 22, 2008 Report Posted April 22, 2008 I feel bad for the dog....but i ill probably not remember it in a day/hour.
Incomplete Posted April 22, 2008 Report Posted April 22, 2008 If it was a human then it wouldn't be allowed, why should it be allowed with a dog? The dog could have been saved, it could of had some kind of food in its water or maybe even have food injected into it.
Aceflyer Posted April 22, 2008 Report Posted April 22, 2008 Thousands of dogs could have been saved Thousands of humans could have been saved, like JDS said. This one doesn't upset me any more than these other thousands Point, but it still doesn't mean it was right or acceptable behavior, necessarily.
»Purge Posted April 22, 2008 Report Posted April 22, 2008 well, they do have Animal Police in USA to protect against these acts, but Costa Rica obviously doesn't.
The Real Picard Posted April 22, 2008 Report Posted April 22, 2008 Costa Ricans are extremely sick people. In general, if you know what I mean.
Drake7707 Posted April 22, 2008 Report Posted April 22, 2008 perhaps we should chain up the artist and have him starve to death to depict hunger issues in 3rd world countries? nono, no helping the 3rd wold countries now, starvation is the best method for population control. Black&White thought me that once you're out of food and you have too many citizens you have to either let them starve or sacrifice them to boost your mana (and get evil gah). But then again, it seems they are too dumb to not get a bazillion of children. (More food (1) -> more people -> more food needed -> (1) )
JDS Posted April 23, 2008 Report Posted April 23, 2008 We have lots of food drake, but no one wants to share too much down there, Or in developing countries (not 3rd world... ) the situation would be that the greedy people who run the counties dont let the people live like we live here, im sure if it was up to them and the supplies and tools were as much as they are here, those people would 'develop' quite nicely and not have so many deaths and diseases.. But To put it bluntly, they clearly don't have the means to not starve - the same as the dog used in the art
Slicer Posted April 23, 2008 Report Posted April 23, 2008 perhaps we should chain up the artist and have him starve to death to depict hunger issues in 3rd world countries? or maybe chain up JDS? Or both and see which one eats the other to make their Strong Point
UltimaWeaponX Posted April 23, 2008 Report Posted April 23, 2008 In some places back over in China, in the 1960's it was legal to eat dog meat. <_< Obviously for animal rights this was banned soon, but that didn't stop them from illegally eating dogs. I know, sounds gross.
Drake7707 Posted April 24, 2008 Report Posted April 24, 2008 its still legal to eat dog meat o-O, i mean you eat horse meat (which is yummy ) so why would dog meat be illegal
