Okay, I just had some.

The first bite I took was extremely bitter, almost sour-like. My tongue felt like it had a cut on it and someone squeezed lemon onto it, and then the chocolate began to melt and it felt so good.. my body is craving it though, it's been 30 minutes since I had a bite and I'm getting massive-headaches and I want it sooooooooooo bad.

That other 1% would be sugar, formally.

When you give a % of chocolate, that is percent of raw cocoa. If you want 100% chocolate, just go buy some 100% cocoa and eat a s!@#$%^&*ful. I would prefer chocolate between 75% to 99% though. It is very addictive and tastes extremely good! :D

Dark Chocolate is !@#$%^&*in' awesome. It's just that one needs to develop a taste for it, and one needn't be hooked on the ingredients of chocolate like I am. I'm a chocolate fanatic. Runs in my family though, I guess - my grandmother used to wake up every morning and have a piece or two of dark chocolate along with her coffee, I however just wait until every Saturday and eat a whole bar, but I savor ever bite of it. I've only been eating 70%-86%, but I'm starting to move up, I'm aiming for one of the Bonnat 100% next week, I'll probably be able to find some around here. The first chocolate I ever had was a junior mint, and I've been addicted to those since I was a kid, and !@#$%^&*t when I went to the Hershey's store down in Niagra Falls one year I had about 6-8 of their chocolate shakes the whole week I was there.

I've got loads of dark chocolate in my house, my brother moved to Switzerland, and he's always bringing it home when he can. I don't know why, because nobody eats it.
