X`terrania Posted April 8, 2008 Report Posted April 8, 2008 Don't post if you're not willing to vote or go with the flow of the topic. Memphis hands down.
Samapico Posted April 8, 2008 Report Posted April 8, 2008 Since I'm not even sure what sport this is about, I'll have to cancel my vote :/basketball, right?
Cancer+ Posted April 8, 2008 Report Posted April 8, 2008 Yes college basketball. Kansas won in an amazing fashion. Crazy three at the end of regulation.
rootbear75 Posted April 8, 2008 Report Posted April 8, 2008 Don't post if you're not willing to votewho said i wasnt willing to vote. my vote is "Neither"
Samapico Posted April 8, 2008 Report Posted April 8, 2008 Don't post if you're not willing to votewho said i wasnt willing to vote. my vote is "Neither"The thing is, it's impossible that neither of the team wins. So either you don't vote, or you vote for a team. And let's not burn this thread...
darkreb0rn Posted April 8, 2008 Report Posted April 8, 2008 (edited) Yeah you could tie in a championship game. No such thing as overtime, right THis game actually went into overtime. Memphis would've won hands down if they could sink a free throw for their life lol. Edited April 8, 2008 by darkreb0rn
Samapico Posted April 8, 2008 Report Posted April 8, 2008 "Tied... oh well... no one's winning the cup this year, cya next year!"
rootbear75 Posted April 8, 2008 Report Posted April 8, 2008 i thought there was a limit to the number of overtimes they are allowed to do
Samapico Posted April 8, 2008 Report Posted April 8, 2008 In regular season, probably... but in every sports, the championship games cannot be tied. The longest NHL game ever: The longest game ever played was in Montreal on March 24, 1936. It was game one of the semifinal round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs between Detroit and Montreal. It ended when Detroit's Mud Bruneteau scored the game's only goal in the sixth overtime period after 176 minutes and 30 seconds of game play.
Stoked Posted April 8, 2008 Author Report Posted April 8, 2008 this is basketball not hockey.. there is no ties in basketball
Cancer+ Posted April 8, 2008 Report Posted April 8, 2008 Move on ladies. The game was a really good ending to a pretty good season.
Guest Did Posted April 10, 2008 Report Posted April 10, 2008 Don't know. Don't care. Hockey > You afk.
