Webhosting woes

As you may or may not know I run a small webhosting business (essentially to help offset some of the costs of the ss stuff i host )

 

To do this I use a reseller account (i have to have it uk based, which rules out some obvious choices) with the provider talked about in the thread and this weekend its been offline, or not working properly i think in total for around 24hours.

 

It was serving php source code for ages....

I'm obviously going to switch providers, but do you think there is a case for asking for a refund?

Hey thanks TT for the offer, unfortunatly i signed up with a new provider yesterday and moved everything over already.

I see I hope everything on your new provider works out. Keep me in mind for future endeavors i have been doing this for well over 4 years. And the current clients I have on my servers are extremly happy with the stability and service I provide.
