Sharpflame Posted February 25, 2008 Report Posted February 25, 2008 I found this in my Continuum folder.exception.log.It was 2.72GB's. What is this, and why is it in my continuum folder. I asked someone else, they said they have the same thing, only that it's only a few KB. Of course, I already deleted this huge file. I think my computer might start working now. I use a Windows 98, which has about 10 GB. This can't be only me. 3

Hakaku Posted February 25, 2008 Report Posted February 25, 2008 The exception log or text file is basically an exception handler, which generates the error, and additional data information (such as time, dll locations, program location, language, etc.). It should be perfectly safe to delete the file as Continuum is not dependant on it. I can't really explain why your file is so huge, as mine is just 50kb. But then again, I'm running Vista. I can check later on my Windows 98; it's possible it's generated by some incompatability with the OS since the update to 0.40. An surely enough, my exception.log file was roughly 1.2GB - which really is a considerable amount. I didn't feel like waiting.
