tcsoccerman Posted February 12, 2008 Report Posted February 12, 2008 just got it today. here is a plugin i got that puts all the images of a website or a websearch (google, deviantArt) in one nifty viewer. that is the wall view. i also noticed it's faster. i like how bookmarks work on it.
rootbear75 Posted February 13, 2008 Report Posted February 13, 2008 sweet... a wall for all of those porn galleries (kidding)
Samapico Posted February 13, 2008 Report Posted February 13, 2008 (kidding)yeah right... Looks like a memory eater though... Well, FF itself uses tons of memory; not sure if they fixed this in the latest release, but it was a problem with the ~1.5 versions... I think version 2 is out now, they might have improved that. Is this a Vista-only feature? cause it looks like it uses Vista effects
tcsoccerman Posted February 13, 2008 Author Report Posted February 13, 2008 it's an extension for firefox (linux of course) and is only with firefox. it's a plugin.
Samapico Posted February 14, 2008 Report Posted February 14, 2008 ... of course it's a ff thing... I read that. You never said it was a linux thing though... It looked like a plugin that used vista effects to me.
Footballstar8583 Posted February 15, 2008 Report Posted February 15, 2008 FireFox is good. But i'd use Safari for mac/windows, Because it's way faster then firefox and IE. But I like Firefox also.
Shock Posted February 15, 2008 Report Posted February 15, 2008 I tried Safari and didn't like it. I haven't tried Opera, but I think I'd still like Firefox the best.
Synook Posted February 16, 2008 Report Posted February 16, 2008 Safari anti-aliases text weirdly on Windows.
