It was a bit overwhelming at first, having a stock ship vs. other players who have a great deal more time in the zone then I have... flagging, on the other hand, is pretty messed up right now with having to buy individual reps each time you die. Suicide_Run Posted February 12, 2008 Report Posted February 12, 2008 I dont think the problem as of right now is ammo and the hassle people experience since they dislike stocking up on ammo or buying it when they runs out. The problem like deadra said is how screwed up flagging is. The attacking freq has almost no chance of taking over a base since the defending team will just sit there and bullet/bombline. While the attacking freq can hardly push forward cause people doesnt want to buy reps/thors/burst to push alone. Quote
vetta64 Posted February 13, 2008 Report Posted February 13, 2008 The problem with rep/burst/thor is that you have to buy the launcher, and then you can only get like what 20 items and then go back and buy more. I dont think I heard anyone complaining about spam weasels yet this week though. Quote
Choose Profile Posted February 13, 2008 Report Posted February 13, 2008 i seriously like the new ammo set up, despite of what everyone says. The only minor problem i have with it is running out of ammo in a base while bountying, because if youre antied you cant warp back to center and buy more ammo. Without this being addressed, i think it kills high level bountying because all bountyers (with the exception of a couple weapons) WILL run out of ammo eventually. Also, in regaurds to just warping to center and going to an ammo depot, if you happen to not be antied, and do not have the luxury of another lanc that is willing to fly to an ammo depot for you, the only way to get back to center is to just warp back to center safe, which has been pointed out, kills bounty very quickly, even if you try to fly out of center safe as quickly as possible. Edit:How about when you have ammo, you can fire weapons for no energy.When you run out of ammo, weapons start using up energy. Not sure if this is possible. i second that. Thirds Quote
