It was a GREAT game. Hats off to the Giants defense and Eli Manning for never giving up. Also David Tyree with the amazing catch.

I'm not really a football fan... but this game was rather boring, if you ask me. I mean... nothing special happened really. I've seen more exciting games in the CFL.

Are you kidding me, that was the best Superbowl I've ever seen!! Even some of the commentators said that, and they've seen all of them! Did you NOT see the Eli scramble/avoiding like 10 sacks, backpedaling and then throwing 30+ yards for a completion?! Everyone in the room was on their feet!

You can't just end the game with time on the clock. Every single football game (with a few seconds left on the clock) ends with the QB taking the final snap and kneeling to run out the clock.

Anyway, CONGRATULATIONS GIANTS. Now I get to see more Manning/Manning commercials on TV for another year. <3

i know you cant end with time on the clock, but all of the fans had run out on to the field, so it would have just made sense to end it

I dunno which is more sad...

The fact root doesn't get it, or that a girl understands it more than him (no offense nike).

Even though everyone ran onto the field, there still was :01 in regulation time. If he got a snap off (which of course he would kneel), and it was intercepted, they would be capable of running it back for a score. So rules say, game doesn't end until that clock shows :00, not matter the situation.

no, i do get the fact that there is :01 second on the clock and the rules say play. i just didnt think about what you just said...

i thought it wouldnt matter at that point and the officials should have just ended it.

was at my fraternity house during the game half for pats half for giants we were on our toes that last quarter it was amazing!

I don't mind Tom Brady that much. I mean, its fun to watch him get sacked, but he does seem to have class.

I would like to call back the debate from the beginning of the season where the Pats go caught taping the other teams' signals. People did ask the question if knowing the other team's plays in advance could really affect the outcome of the season.

I'd like to take this opportunity to point out that it is most certainly true. If the Patriots did not get caught cheating, and had continued to do it, them knowing the Giant's plays could have EASILY caused the Patriots to win that game, and then they would have had a perfect season and would have gone down in the NFL Hall of Fame and stuff like that.
