BabaGurGur Posted February 2, 2008 Report Posted February 2, 2008 Well, I had Continuum installed on my Flash Stick and I could play it fine until 1 day ago, I woud click it, my mouse would become a Sandbox thingy for a second then dissapear, and it would never show up in Task Manger, I tried running in Compatibilty mode for windows 98 and it said "Fatal Error 000013b" or something, and yes, i tried installing it to the computer and same problem, I did a sytem restore to 2 weeks before, installed ad aware, did a full systems scan, found nothing, removed ad aware, scanned for virus's, turned off firewalls and so on, still not working, and yes, i re-installed it. So, any help at this point is welcome

Shock Posted February 3, 2008 Report Posted February 3, 2008 I know, but there's really nothing else to say. It's some sort of anti-virus or another program causing it. Even random things like Warcraft 3 have been known to create this problem. What did you install right before you encountered this problem?

Guest Guest Posted February 4, 2008 Report Posted February 4, 2008 Windows XP, i havnt installed anything but a screen capture programjust use the PRNT SCRN key... you dont need a special capture programI mean its a video/sound capture for the PC, ill delete it and see what happens, also, this might have something to do with it. Lately, whenever i try to install something i get a message like this "Invalid syntax, filename, catelog, or volume"
BabaGurGur Posted February 4, 2008 Author Report Posted February 4, 2008 Also, I cant seen to open the DEP program, i get this long message in swedish saying something about being on a network or harddisk, no idea.

BabaGurGur Posted February 7, 2008 Author Report Posted February 7, 2008 Shock quoting you won't help me.. Anyways, What do you need to solve my problem?Firefox won't startup either, deleted the GRE's and did the instructions on their website and it still wont openSeems like my programs are starting to say no..
Shock Posted February 7, 2008 Report Posted February 7, 2008 You probably have a virus. I had to get rid of one on my friends PC a few weeks ago because a lot of his programs wouldn't work either. This would also explain the Continuum situation you're experiencing.
BabaGurGur Posted February 7, 2008 Author Report Posted February 7, 2008 K, opened Kaspersky for the first time and it yelled at me that i had riskware and a trojan or two, then yelled at me to do a full system scan, currently scanning every !@#$%^&*ing spot in my computer for a virus
