A goal with some kind of trick shot would be nice. It used to give me something to do when no one was around, nail the angles just right and goal from outside the base. It was also fun to goal by my lonesome when others on the freq were centerkilling or some crap.

 

I kinda like this map.

 

According to my usage my nickname will be 7 years old next month, and I am approaching 30. Not there yet.

I just visitted the zone. I love what you've done with the base i made, i think its an improvement, and the map is really good now.

 

I like the little graphic showing which flags are owned. Also, having the 2v2 bot is a good choice with the population we have, and its an awesome event. I really have nothing bad to say.

 

I can't play the zone when i'm at university though (which is most of the time), as there is some weird connection issue still. But i'll visit at times like these when i'm in other countries. I'm 23 now, and play dsb (since i can connect to it).

Glad to hear that... most of the things you just said, I actually made that in the last few days... Before that, I had not touched the zone for a couple of weeks, or even a few months. I should be able to add some more stuff soon, and probably start making scheduled weekend events I have a bot setup to spam the 17th and 17thCB chats to advertise these things the word should spread pretty quick

Hope the bot doesnt spam too much though. I know people who have left 17th chat because the BOT kept spamming too often.

hmmm, i could tune it down .. i think it was set for once every 20 minutes or so... of course if you stay afk for a few hours you get a big page of red text.. but other than that ..

nah if your the only one in the zone you just THINK the bot spams to much (because youve probly been afk for 10+ hours and all you see is bot text :>

no jds lol, samapico's bot did spam a lot.. whenever i idled in chaos zone and it had its 90-100 people peak hour the convos would eventually be raped by "Upcoming event!" etc

That could have been in the first few hours where I was actually testing the plugin... loading it and unloading it a couple of times

So, this may already be at your attention, but you might get more players in 17th if they could actually log into the zone.

 

Came back to this lovely game to check in on 17th and I can't log in. Now I have to play !@#$%^&*ty maps like Star Wars battles and such, or freaking metal gear CTF.

Apparently you're one of the few who can't log in the zone :/ which is pretty weird. I know of only 2 or 3 people who have that problem. Can you play in Trench Wars? TW is hosted on the same server as 17th

I ran trace and it's like it won't even connect. It's like the server has me blocked or something.
