A far more interesting scenario is Borg vs Ninja

 

The strength of an individual borg is proportional to how many there are total (more borg = each one is stronger)

The strength of an individual ninja is inversely proportional to how many there are total (think in movies, lots of ninjas always die but if theres only 1 they wreck)

 

So initially if you started with say 5000 of each the Borg would be crushing as each ninja they defeated would become another Borg, but then with each fewer ninja the remaining ones would get stronger. If a ninja kills a borg they are just dead, of course. Do you think there would be enough Borg at the end to defeat the last ninja?

Borg would !@#$%^&*imilate the wraith's food stock and starve the wraith to death.

 

Thusly, Borg would win.

Borg would win against Ninja. !@#$%^&*imilate one Ninja then you get Borg Ninja. Borg Ninja beat regular Ninja.

That might work to the borg's disadvantage though because large quan!@#$%^&*ies of ninjas are ineffective

Unless large quan!@#$%^&*ies of Borg weaken the group in the same way as it is for ninja, then Borg Ninja will overcome the weakness in numbers weakness.

 

(What you said above implies the weakness will at the least be cancelled.)
