just wondering what everyone chose as a new years resolution and who has broken it so far?

Mine is a complicated one, I wanna become the person I see myself as smile.gif

My new years resolution was to find a girl my age who is not a vain, self-centered, manipulative, fake, generally cold, emotionless !@#$%^&*.

 

This may end up being a multi-year resolution.

You got that. Just start lifting. Who cares if you lift SMALL at first, building up is what matters. Eat protein and lift. Eat less !@#$%^&*ty stuff lol.

You know what I realized

Seriously, I have a few friends who used to be hayuuuge, and they wanted to play football for our school, so they started this weight lifting program and started shoveling in the protein (Obv a little more complicated, but you get it) and in like 6 months one of them who was 6' 280 is down to about 215, and it's basically 215lb of muscle and sometimes I get scared he may accidentally kill someone when he gives them a hug. I dunno why, but it seems like guys who are fat and weight train seem to gain a lot more muscle a lot faster than average weight guys doing it.

 

Go for it, then come on here and tell us how you could curl us with one hand.

Yes, I'm attempting to make up for all those times I called you a fat jew. You're trying to spam less, so I figure I owe it to you to not be a !@#$%^&*nozzle towards you.

To workout during my offseason, continue my new grades, finish Sport Tracker(yes i'm still working on it) before next hockey season begins, continue my continuum free streak that is currently about 2 months already. Ohh and to learn some new life skills like cooking and money. Edited by tcsoccerman

My News Years resolution, haha hmm.. I'm pretty xenophobic, I plan on curing that. It sort've helps me though, always keeps me on top of my game and wary of people. ohoh, and to try wearing moar makeup in public.

improve my training so i don't fail miserably when i go mountain bike racing.

And perhaps try to not be lazy, and eat decent stuff.

These are my actual goals, sadly -

 

1 - Lose 240 lbs.

2 - Get a girlfriend (I'm guessing this one will come after #1)

3 - Get a job (also will come after #1)

4 - Eat healthier (will come before #1)

5 - Work out (will come after #4 but before #1)

6 - Go to college (will come after #3 but before #2)

7 - Break my alcohol addiction (should contribute to #1, #2, #3, and #6)

8 - Develop my intuition (also tied to #2 - I seem to be highly insensitive?)

9 - Read more about history and what it means to today (I got lost somewhere in Ethiopian unification)

10 - Break my internet addiction (will help with #1, #2, #3, #4, #5, #6, #7, #8, and #9)

Alcohol will increase your appe!@#$%^&*e and !@#$%^&*, and if you really are an alcoholic you'd no real muscle mass So yuh, #5 will really contribute. Stop drinking soda's too if you're into that kind've stuff.
