X`terrania Posted December 31, 2007 Report Posted December 31, 2007 Our family finally exchanged gifts. Highlights: sexy Norelco electric shaver (Is it sad that I'm 15 and asked for this and was so stoked when I got it?)and a bunch of pairs of headphones, since the lifetime of headphones I own is usually about 2-3 months.1) do you really have that much hair at 15, that you need a razor? btw: imho, i do think its sad lol2)why not just get a nice $90 Bose pair... those last a long time... or are these earbuds that you pack in ur bag? 1) yeah, I had the mach 5 gillette thing, but since the packs of razors are 12 bucks each for a four pack, ive spent the same in the two years ive had it as it would cost to buy a nice electric one. I just used it for the first time and while it has an amazingly close shave, it also misses a bunch of hairs and seems to take just as long to shave with it, though the little manual claims it will take "Up to 3 weeks for your face to 'adjust' to the new way of shaving" and have a close shave.I need to shave every other day, so yeah it was worth it for me. 2) yeah, they're earbuds that I put in my bag, run with, etc which is why they don't last long. a bose pair would be good for at home though. Cute, your first electric razor. Still, there's nothing better than spending a nice quiet evening in the bath, lathering up your legs with some nice shaving cream and putting the razor gently against your leg and scraping up. I love the softness of my skin. Mhm.... Shut the !@#$%^&* up. it's all a joke.
