If you are using a newer laptop this would be the cause.

 

Like mine, it is 64mb standard, I don't let it cache up the full 600mb of my ram. I think default is 64 on most, 96 on others, depends on bios, you can check that out. Typically max is 128 or 256 though.

Is it such a big deal? Waiting 30 seconds isn't very long.

 

PS. You have alot of !@#$%^&* on startup, you should go into options and make sure they don't load up on startup. You'll see your PC improve on startup dramatically.
