BTW i went into dsb a day or two ago, dl'ed the news.txt and all i did was glance at it for liek 5 seconds... but i remember seeing the phrase "resulting in a 5000 day netban" in their most recent news post. I think the council needs to look into the extent that long netbans are being used.

And this is the problem with people that do not

properly read or quote what is written:

 

WARNING: Any form of cheating will automatically result in a year

netban from the SSC network and up to 5000 days local ban.

For the avoidance of doubt, unless prior consent

is given, only a net BanG Administrator may net

ban a player for a period exceeding 365 days.

 

In any event, a ticket has been submitted on

this matter and it is being handled.
