Hi,

 

I keep getting banned by RUdy over sh*t-reasons;

I once made a joke about him and jacklyn and ever since he is banning and netbanning me for vague reasons.

 

1) in the past rudy has banned me (after seeing him hit on " jacklyn") because i told rudy that it was useless to hit on some1 over a 2dgame. Then he sworn at me with things like "you have tumor in your head" etcetera over mail and now he filters my mail as spam or so I was told, while I only email him right after being banned to ask the reason why etc. ive had multiple vague netbans and twbans ever since:

 

2) A few months ago I had a fight with stargazer in which he abused his power in some events on me and i was swearing at him then, then he called that spam => Bang!! twban.

 

3)Then i asked him in a normal way why he did that and he called that crosszonespam => Bang netban for 2 weeks, then Rudy saw it and immediatly made it a 5000 day netban out of it(enddate somewhere in 2021) while he knew nothing about what happened. Fortunately for me there were some more objective ssc-members who made it a 60daynetban. then right when the netban ended i asked rudy through ?message to unban me and the next day i see i am netbanned again (til february 15th) for socalled har!@#$%^&*ment of Rudy. that Guy bans me but i am not allowed to ask him, AS ONLY bangop to unban me?? I think that is pretty sad, its known rudy and me dislike eachother and I want someone objective to decide about whether i am getting banned or not before he bans me.

 

4) I see way more people are getting banned by him for vague reasons (eg: http://www.ssforum.net/index.php?showtopic=18320 , not all people who are innocent complain about him over forums though).

as i see it; besides the fact that i should be unbanned(from here and from tw; i have never hacked, cheated or whatsoever) while he does let hardcore-hackers like " vys" back in SSC within a year just because he likes them;

 

Also about my own ban; things like " you once got banned off a forum" get used as argument in discussion after i created a bangticket-thing; such arguments confirm to me that I am totally right.

 

Conclusion:

 

-He should either be losing his powers to give people netbans

-system should change so when rudy decides he wants to netban someone; multiple people in SSCouncil can discuss whether it should be done or not.

-Or totally be subs!@#$%^&*uted for NOT-SUBJECTIVE people.

- I should be unbanned; its unfair to netban someone if he only asks to be unbanned from tw, and i could not ask anyone else since he is the only bangop who filters people their mails so he does not have to respond or something, If he is too busy with other things to tell the real reason why someone is banned he should just quit this game.

- I wanted to talk this out with Rudy but ^ no option to when netbanned and mails are filtered as spam.

- I also think the Tw-zonerunner Pure_luck is too inactive and not enough involved with the game but that is not main subject blum.gif .

Sounds like rudy is on a power trip. I hear a lot about him, and I don't know that many people... I guess he has worked his way up to BanG net Op and there really isn't anything you can do about it. Unless the council thinks otherwise.

Though this is out of place (should be in the ssc board) i strangely agree with it being here. Stuff in the ssc board seems to be locked before it is sufficiently discussed oftentimes. 5000 day ban is absurd in any cir!@#$%^&*stances.

 

BTW i went into dsb a day or two ago, dl'ed the news.txt and all i did was glance at it for liek 5 seconds... but i remember seeing the phrase "resulting in a 5000 day netban" in their most recent news post. I think the council needs to look into the extent that long netbans are being used.

they always twist and bend the story's, seen that many times over zone bans. Post some Screenie's or Logs about it.

If u read well you can see i already did that; all i got back is something about that the forumban i had, used as argument to have me banned;"you are known with behaviour like that" pretty sad, now every staffer can say i har!@#$%^&*ed them and i immediatly get netbanned.

That would be pretty sad; They want to have me banned and I need to proove they are wrong instead of them having to proove they are right?

That will be a problem; i did show them back then to twstaff, weaver or reaver or so might still have them, but...i know this sounds like a lie or so, my pc got repaired thats why my ip is different than 7 days ago, had to reinstall windows etcetera because i had hal.dll and ntldr or so missing.

Staff can show my ip or so changed.

Well...it sucks, if i cheated or something i could live with it and just find another game, but now one guy is against me and apparantly has so much power that he can prevent me from playing a game just by saying i har!@#$%^&*ed him.

I don't believe TwistyTheFly because he just recently sent me rude PM's through this board for no apparent reason. He seems like an immature kid who probably deserved this.

 

I think you are the immature guy with that name you use and not caring what feelings it can wake up with people...

thats what i tried explaining you...if you want to call me immature for that, suit yourself.

!@#$%^&*o i am laserman, I was first banned by rudy because of some stupididty that my brother pulled, i eventually got a banfree, I did something Very stupid...feeling sorry for vys because of his lifetime bann, I let him use it to play 1 round of elim, he found out and net banned me for a year, I asked him politley to atleast shorten the ban (1 year for that?) then he replied to my message with, "stop bothering me your banned for life NOW !@#$%^&* OFF!". then ever since that i have been banned for life.

WOW! you made exactly 1 WHOLE post, mate get us screenshots or logs and we might beleave you. (mainly screenshots Logs are easily edited) and 1 chance is more the enough, you knew you would get banned if you would let him play.

everything can be editted, fact that he isnt trying to evade and is still trying to be involved with ssc and let him brother play prooves he is a nice person(felt sorry for his bro), he will not do it again because he now knows by experience what can/will happen if he does it ...

yes it sucks, but you are going to have to live with it.

the only thing, like i said, is you can get a banfree in some zones
