LiDDiS Posted December 11, 2007 Report Posted December 11, 2007 They should double check that their team isn't !@#$%^&* before they guarantee a win next time, !@#$%^&*ing reASSS.
Tiq Posted December 11, 2007 Report Posted December 11, 2007 Steelers aren't !@#$%^&*. Our safeties just played like re!@#$%^&*ed burn victims that game. Don't put any stock in a regular season victory, especially one that does not include backup safeties missing ez coverage, and an absent Troy Polamalu. The fact of the matter is, 21 of the pats points were scored on errors, misreads, or general stupidity on the part of safeties. The positives are that the Steelers offense could essentially do whatever it wanted (just have to convert in the red zone more), AND that the Steelers pretty much validated the perception that anyone can run through the ancient, Patriots linebackers. STEELERS FOR THE SUPERBOWL
ra$ta420 Posted December 11, 2007 Report Posted December 11, 2007 polamalu is a f*king beast, he flys around with that fro,and is involved in all most each tackle .
Shock Posted December 11, 2007 Report Posted December 11, 2007 They should double check that their team isn't !@#$%^&* before they guarantee a win next time, !@#$%^&*ing reASSS.Are you re!@#$%^&*ed? No one on the team guaranteed a win except Anthony Smith and he is a 3rd string safety looking for a good way to get hype. I knew they were going to lose before it even started. People like the Jets have big passing games against the Steelers. It's not the players that are bad, it's the defensive play calling. Lebeau has been kinda !@#$%^&*ty the past 2 years. It's about time they pull the plug on his old !@#$%^&* and hire a new defensive coordinator.
»LtNirvana Posted December 11, 2007 Report Posted December 11, 2007 Um, the Pats won the game by 3 scores so even if the safeties hadn't made the mistakes they did, odds are that the Patriots would have won. The Steelers got way outcoached and outplayed in the 2nd half. They held up in the first half very well, but after that the Pats adjusted and the game was over.

Take away the poor safety place (add in a healthy Troy Polamalu) and the fluke flea-flicker among other plays would not have happened. Take away the three scores and it is a tie game. That being said, the Pats were the better team that day. But I don't put much stock in a regular season game like that. Particularly when the playoffs are just around the corner.
