JDS Posted November 28, 2007 Report Posted November 28, 2007 my post is not to be dleleted you piece of ASSS. I can laugh at who ever i want. Its just some football !@#$%^&*, people die everyday, aborted babies die everyday. This is just some !@#$%^&*!@#$%^&* football star who got shot. TOO BAD
Samapico Posted November 28, 2007 Report Posted November 28, 2007 my post is not to be dleleted you piece of ASSS. I can laugh at who ever i want. Its just some football !@#$%^&*, people die everyday, aborted babies die everyday. This is just some !@#$%^&*!@#$%^&* football star who got shot. TOO BADHmmm, I get your point: People die everyday, nothing special... But that doesn't make it any funny. If I shot your whole family in your house, would you laugh? Would you say 'People die everyday, it happened before'?
JDS Posted November 28, 2007 Author Report Posted November 28, 2007 i would not make a thread about some guy ive never met and feel sorry for him. my family? i would not make a thread about either. if a family memeber of this football star was a member of our forum, i would hold what i say because its rude and disrespectfull. But this guy? who cares? one less person making billions a year just because he can catch.
Cancer+ Posted November 28, 2007 Report Posted November 28, 2007 Just stop being a selfish !@#$%^&* JDS. It was definitely an intentional hit. The guy went directly for Taylor, not his wife or anything and fired two shots.
2pac Posted November 28, 2007 Report Posted November 28, 2007 (edited) JDS man your jacked up, think before you post, dont be heartless. Edited November 28, 2007 by 2pac
Tiq Posted November 28, 2007 Report Posted November 28, 2007 i would not make a thread about some guy ive never met and feel sorry for him. my family? i would not make a thread about either. if a family memeber of this football star was a member of our forum, i would hold what i say because its rude and disrespectfull. But this guy? who cares? one less person making billions a year just because he can catch. And who the !@#$%^&* is saying that you have to care? No one in this thread has said anything like that. But it is simply in bad taste to insult the dead. Perhaps you don't grasp the significance of such a predicament: when people die, they are gone, forever. Whether or not there is an afterlife is irrelevant at the point of death, because it is not a certainty. People show respect and try to remember those who die because the probability is low that they will ever see them again. Maybe it's time people like you grow up and realize that this life is fleeting. If you do not care, then don't comment. But clearly, you care enough to comment. Or perhaps you are just an attention !@#$%^&*. ======================================================Anyway, I am personally at a loss for what to say about this. I went to bed pretty confident that this guy was going to make it. The next time I turned on the TV, it was commentators talking about his death. Absolutely senseless. I guess all I can say is that I'm really sad about the senselessness of the tragedy.
ThunderJam Posted November 28, 2007 Report Posted November 28, 2007 JDS you are seriously an !@#$%^&*. Yea and something is fishy about the whole thing. I mean obviously it was an intentional "hit" or murder or w/e u wanna call it. A robber does not purposefully come to the bedroom and start shooting. The fact that the police have not made any statements saying anything besides its a possible burglary makes be wonder wat else is going on. Also they say they have no suspect description at this point because the girlfriend was hiding under the sheets. Now imagine this, your sean taylor, you get shot, your bleeding. Before the ambulance came, do you think he just was quiet and didn't tell his gf what he knew or suspected or why someone could have been after him? I think its a good guess to bet there was history behind the murder, something Taylor knew about or could have suspected, and for the girlfriend not to have any data from him from after the shot and before the coma, seems wrong. I almost feel like they are purposefully hiding something from the public.
Dav Posted November 28, 2007 Report Posted November 28, 2007 my post is not to be dleleted you piece of ASSS. I can laugh at who ever i want. Its just some football !@#$%^&*, people die everyday, aborted babies die everyday. This is just some !@#$%^&*!@#$%^&* football star who got shot. TOO BADI didn't see your post. From what i see here i probably wouldn't want to. It is a question of taste, some people care whilst others don't. I have no idea who this guy is, I am not going to come on here and make an offensive post top prove a point though. If you do not care then don't post, let those that wish to contribute to the discussion do so without har!@#$%^&*ment. It is socially unacceptable to make jokes about the dead, I'm sure you wouldn't join an IRL group discussion of this nature and make the comments you have here. I think That is reason enough as to why ill delete anything that is offensive I see beyond this point in this thread. The general rules are clear that offensive posts are not allowed, that is why spam and trash was made.
JDS Posted November 29, 2007 Author Report Posted November 29, 2007 hmm yes well, if everyone made a topic about people dying we'd need its own subforum. Death is inevitable, and its not like he knows / cares that your talking about him. The topic is spam at best.
ESCANDAL0SA Posted December 3, 2007 Report Posted December 3, 2007 (edited) It's called paying respect. You'd do the same for a close friend of yours. he's not a friend nor somebody i really care about. paying respects? no. for a CLOSE friend? yes. this doesn't mean that i don't feel bad but i'm not gonna sit here and cry over his death. like i said before, people die everyday. children die everyday. why don't you guys ever focus on them? everything is over-exaggerated because taylor's (kinda-since i didn't know him before this) famous. here's an example innocent victims that you don't hear about because they aren't famous: Spoiler! --Click here to view-- While the white media is senationalizing the OJ hotel theft case, this has gone virtually unreported. This happened in West Virginia , USA very recently and yesterday, Wednesday, 9/12th 2007, Megan Williams was still being treated for this in the hospital. She was Tortured and Raped for a whole week, by Six White individuals, Three males and Three Females Between the ages of 20 and 49. CNN normally does not reveal sexual assault victims' names. But Williams, who is hospitalized, and her mother, Carmen Williams, wanted her iden!@#$%^&*y revealed. Police said Bobby Brewster raped Williams, forced her to lick blood and drink from a toilet, and told his mother to kill Williams if she tried to escape. Authorities previously said Williams was also forced to eat rat and dog feces. According to criminal complaints filed in the county, Williams was !@#$%^&*aulted, stabbed in the left leg, choked with cords and beaten for at least a week. When she was found, big parts of her hair had also been torn off of her scalp. Williams says that Alisha Burton 22 cut her ankle with a knife while saying, "That's what we do to ASSS around here," police records show. "I don't understand a human being doing another human being the way they did my daughter," Carmen Williams told The !@#$%^&*ociated Press on Tuesday from her daughter's hospital room. "I didn't know there were people like that out here." Deputies received a tip and Saturday visited a home owned by Frankie Brewster in Big Creek , West Virginia . As the deputies spoke with a woman on the front porch, "a female inside the residence limped toward the door with her arms held out, saying 'Help me,' " according to a news release from the sheriff's department. "It's something you'd expect to see in a horror movie, not in Logan County ," Abraham said. "She was subjected to unendurable torture down there." The six are charged with kidnapping, sexual assault, malicious wounding and battery. If convicted of kidnapping, a suspect could face a sentence of up to life in prison. The penalty for first-degree sexual assault is 15 to 35 years. Abraham said he is seeking the maximum sentence on the kidnapping charges. In addition to the Brewsters, the suspects are Danny J. Combs, 20, of Harts, West Virginia; and George A. Messer, 27, Karen Burto n, 46, and her daughter, Alisha Burton, 23, all of Chapmanville, West Virginia. "They all have previous records and have been arrested numerous times," Sheriff W.E. Hunter said Tuesday. "They are familiar to law enforcement." Frankie Brewster was charged with first-degree murder in 1994, but pleaded guilty to the lesser charge of manslaughter in the death of an 84-year-old woman. She was released in 2000 after serving five years in prison, according to court records cited by the AP. All of the six individuals that are involved in this case are accused of 108 different cases of crimes all combined. All six were being held in lieu of $100,000 bail, and all requested court-appointed attorneys, the AP reported. Investigators are still looking for two other people suspected of driving Williams to the home, according to the AP. Carmen Williams had not reported her daughter missing, saying Megan Williams often disappeared for weeks at a time. Carmen Williams said she is "horrified" by her daughter's injuries. "She wakes up crying, and the first thing she hollers is 'Mommy,' " she said. Investigators are still trying to determine how the woman ended up at the property and whether she knew any of the six people arrested or two others, suspected of driving her to the home, who are being sought, said Logan County Chief Sheriff's Deputy V.K. Dingess. Police tape now surrounds the entrances to the beige-and-brown mobile home where Megan Williams, 20, was found. An extension cord runs from the home to the cramped shed, which authorities say she was held in with a portable stereo, a locker and a power saw. Edited December 3, 2007 by L0SA
2pac Posted December 3, 2007 Report Posted December 3, 2007 LOSA you know why it affected us, because we used to see him every week on the field or went to the field and saw him actully play, you usually do see other innocent people around everyday. People loved taylor since he got drafted, it was like a major ++ for the redskins because they had no defense at that time. You think I would cry about some innocent women getting raped, they don't even know who she is, or what she does. Alot of people do get raped and killed, that the way of life, but this was sean taylor everyone saw or some knew him, and everyone talked about him cause he was famous on the field for hitting players so hard that there mom's would feel it. Obviously your not a redskins from and not from the area so you don't know how we feel, the thing thats sad is that he still got a 18 month old girl behind and a wife, and his teammates.
Samapico Posted December 3, 2007 Report Posted December 3, 2007 If Iverson got brutally murdered, I'm pretty sure Losa would make a thread about it
ThunderJam Posted December 3, 2007 Report Posted December 3, 2007 Yea and theres really nothing wrong with a more wellknown person's death getting more media attention then a less known person. BECAUSE, the guy is WELL KNOWN. You people keep saying you only wanna hear abotu deaths you care about. The fact that he is "well known" means that theres more ppl out there that care about him, so its worth giving his death attention.
Cancer+ Posted December 3, 2007 Report Posted December 3, 2007 But see Losa, because you or JDS don't know him/care about him doesn't mean you have to come on here and bash him. (You didn't.) That is the point we are trying to make. If you don't care about him, don't post.
ESCANDAL0SA Posted December 3, 2007 Report Posted December 3, 2007 there IS something wrong with only famous people getting attention when they die. their murders are over-exaggerated and more glorified. i'm not saying i wanna hear about deaths that i care about. you completely misunderstood, which is weird because what i posted wasn't hard to understand at all. i'm saying that you guys are making such a big deal about this football player, when you hear about other stories of people dying, some in worse situations, and you don't make a big deal about it. oh, and if Iverson did die, i don't think i'd sit here and mourn his death lol. i'd be like "!@#$%^&*, he was such an amazing ball player." but life goes on. i don't know him on a personal level even though i watch all his games and i love him, that isn't enough for me really get that sad. like i said, i'm not saying it's right for JDS to bash him, but i understand why he did, out of frustration over the attention this guy is getting, when there are millions of other people in the world in the same situation, if not, worse. you guys need to understand where he's coming from.
2pac Posted December 3, 2007 Report Posted December 3, 2007 like i said you obviouly are not from the redskins area, its something you won't understand, if you were from DC/MD/VA area then you would.
ESCANDAL0SA Posted December 3, 2007 Report Posted December 3, 2007 (edited) lol it doesn't matter what area i'm from. if an athlete died in my area who played for my home team, i really wouldn't care. it doesn't affect me any way. it wouldn't have such a big affect on me at all. life goes onnnnnnn. i can also say that if i died, i'm sure many people wouldn't care except for family and friends. so why should i care about people i don't know? Edited December 3, 2007 by L0SA
2pac Posted December 3, 2007 Report Posted December 3, 2007 (edited) do you have fans? Edited December 3, 2007 by 2pac

rootbear75 Posted December 3, 2007 Report Posted December 3, 2007 like i said you obviouly are not from the redskins area, its something you won't understand, if you were from DC/MD/VA area then you would.uhh... 2pac..you may want to revise your statement i live 20 minutes away from you (in good traffic) and honestly, i agree with LOSA
masscarnage Posted December 3, 2007 Report Posted December 3, 2007 root is jus hates jocks cuz they get ladiees while he jus watches them online. very sad when a role model is murdered
rootbear75 Posted December 3, 2007 Report Posted December 3, 2007 You go to VCU rootbear, anything you say is !@#$%^&* your hopeless.so? root is jus hates jocks cuz they get ladiees while he jus watches them online. very sad when a role model is murderedoh shut up
Samapico Posted December 3, 2007 Report Posted December 3, 2007 oh, and if Iverson did die, i don't think i'd sit here and mourn his death lol. i'd be like "!@#$%^&*, he was such an amazing ball player." but life goes on. i don't know him on a personal level even though i watch all his games and i love him, that isn't enough for me really get that sad.Yeah, exactly. And I think that is exactly what this thread is about. I don't see anyone litteraly crying over this. It is sad, but I don't think it makes people here 'sad' on a personnal level. And famous people dying is just normal to see in the medias... Sure sometimes they exagerate, but they can't talk about everyone who dies. They just talk about the death of people that are more known, or deaths that are particularly horrible/spectacular/whatever. In the article you stated, the case DID get in the medias (hence the article), but the 'impact radius' of it is rather small, so you won't see CNN talking about it.But this time, a guy playing in front of millions of people (via the TV ) every week gets killed; they can't just not talk about it... They have to say it And if they say he died, they have to say how. I don't think they glorify his death really. They'll just honor is life by showing his accomplishments and things like that. Anyways, hope it all makes sense.
ESCANDAL0SA Posted December 4, 2007 Report Posted December 4, 2007 i don't think JDS hated sean taylor. i think he was just frustrated at the fact that his death was made more important than it really was, compared to many other people who die.
