I realize it's possible, although its pretty hard in center, where many spiders have active camo, mezon, and disruptor/shredder. I don't know why i made this thread, mainly just to take out my anger on all those spiders that lame me as soon as i fly out of safe. Quote

If you get low on energy, run away in your warbird/javelin, then rush back, eventually they will die. If they can't move, they will shoot, and if they shoot they lose energy. Keep dodging until they basically commit suicide, then go in for the kill. Thats usually what I do. The only thing you really need for that strategy is a ship, knowledge (or an energy scanner). Quote

11___________ Posted December 5, 2007 Report Posted December 5, 2007 all i can say is DUUUURRRR!!! rofl...spiders are big, powerful, and easily beaten if done correctly. Since they are a big ship, use radar and xradar+ a string of bullets. chances are it will be taken down heavily enough to kill it. also, 2 small ships can defeat one by attacking from front and back. Xradar is very uncommon for many ships, thus camo-spiders pwn. i can easily rack up 100 bounty if i try. NRG scanner HELPS, but isn't necessary. Quote

Um, the center warper (you know, that region with rotating boxes above the center safe?) is there for a reason... it's to help you get out of center in case it's being staked out by lamers of any kind...Well there is the thing about safe warpers everyone is warped to same spot, so if you follow a pd lanc or levi or weasel then you will die, you all get warped to same spot until sector of center changes then everyone is put into that one spot so if someone with pd just follows people into warper then they will get alot of kill off of the pd. you should make it so its random so people cant use pd or shred right after someone appears right on top of them. Its just who lames more or is better at laming. And yea, spid is the most cost-effective ship so therefore you dont need to spend a ton to make it good and you can easily get it fast because of the lower requirements compared to other ships. Quote

True, the warping used to be random for each person who entered... wonder why it was changed. Quote

11___________ Posted December 26, 2007 Report Posted December 26, 2007 i achieve my pwning by using the center warper. then i cloak 2 blocks away, and rape anyone to go through. then i stalk the outside of the center, winning all 1v1. once 50+ bounty is achieved, hunters try and get me. first there is only 1 or 2, each taken out easily since they are wb or jav. Once 3+ are hunting me, i usually die, or have to safe lame until they give up. Then i switch to levi, no more hunters. Do some killing. Die. Switch to spider. Quote
