if it uses tacnuke, then it is very simple to kill it, just buy radiating coils to protect yourself from the prox, and stay a fair bit off occasionally firing a couple shots at the levi, once it fires a tacnuke, whether you dodge it or not, get in real close to it, but not close enough for it to gun you, and gun the !@#$%^&* out of the levi, it wont be able to hit you with its weak l3 guns and if it tries to tacnuke you, it will just kill itself.

Also, there isn't a refund on the people that bought AD on leviathon thinking they could use it as a rushing ship.
