If your not sure of who you want for a category or too you are aloud to leave it blank, fill out as much as possible though and please don't put your name for everything, those votes will be trashed! If one person is voted for everything they will be scrapped.... But if scrapped yes, I will count there vote again, However if its abuses, they will not be counted (i.e. if you submit back to back bogus ones then one real)....
