★ Purge Posted November 17, 2007 Report Posted November 17, 2007 at my university we use DC++ which connects through a hub that is on the school network, so it isn't blocked. maybe your campus has a DC++ hub, too. most colleges do as a matter of fact to promote "file sharing".

I can just fine considering the hub is within the school's network. also, does your college have a large student body? if not, it may explain why your school doesn't have a hub. my university has over 20000 students, which makes a hub pretty useful.
