Hey guys!, long time!, well i finished my BSc, it was in Civil Engineering (i'm not licensed yet).

I'm right now unemployed, but i used to work at a construction company in the residential buildings deparment.

I worked as a project supervisor. 3 projects were !@#$%^&*igned to me, 1 appartment complex (8 buildings each with 4 levels, 1 appartment per level) the second was an 8 level building (2 appartments per level til 7 floor and 1 penthouse) and the third was 12 level building (i forgot the details).

My job was to make sure the buildings progress ran according to its respective schedule (They were handed to me by the Management Department), plus other supervising works !@#$%^&*igned by my bosses (i had 3, at first it was a nightmare then it turned out ok).

I earned USD 13,200 /yr (after taxes) plus they give me some benefits with buying appartments.

Where'd you get $35/hr? I make $29k/yr, roughly $13/hr, which even though the hours are longer, the gross pay is better than my previous job, so in my mind it all works out. At UPS I was only making $20k/yr, but part time hours, roughly $15/hr, but I'd rather not work for a bunch of racist pricks to toss the people who know what they're doing to the side so they can better their image, yet hurt their operation. Their current promotion process is there to promote women and minorities yes, but they're only promoting the ones who they know can't hack the job, and who will eventually quit. Frickin POS company. Stay away from UPS.

Well, I work anywhere from 40-46 hours a week, so it's roughly $13/hr. And $35/hr works out to around $85k/yr, and I'd totally run a McD's for $85k/yr...

Gotta keep in mind, I'm a new rookie manager. I'll get paid more as time goes on. Why drop $40k/yr on someone who doesn't know anything yet? Ya know...

Well, 7% is quite the increase from the 5.5% we had a while back.

It should jump enough to keep me clothed and sheltered smile.gif Mo money, mo problems, so as long as I can live, I'm content smile.gif
