inebriated_v2 Posted November 14, 2007 Report Posted November 14, 2007 how do i lower the framrates in client? im trying to lower them to fraps SS.
Hakaku Posted November 14, 2007 Report Posted November 14, 2007 To be honest, there's no possible way to properly control your fps. However: View -> Advanced Options -> No framerate limit (uncheck this)This will freeze your framerate limit at roughly ~60. If you're running in windowed mode, framerate limit is ignored. If you have software emulation on (in advanced options), this will also ignore framerate limits.[so make sure you're running Continuum in full screen, and don't have 'Software emulation' or 'No framerate limit' checked in your advanced options] http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v138/zacinu/SubSpacebannt2.pngPSPACE (SourceForge) - Alternative client (source) to Continuum
inebriated_v2 Posted November 15, 2007 Author Report Posted November 15, 2007 thanks for the reply. Can someone tell me how i could make fraps (version 2.9.2 ) to work properly?
Incomplete Posted November 15, 2007 Report Posted November 15, 2007 Also try changing your resolution, the higher the res, the lower your FPS may be. Also, I think I tried using FRAPS a while ago on Continuum and I couldnt get it to work. It work on other games such as tomb raider, unreal tournament etc... There should be a guide online somewhere or a guide in FRAPS, i can't remember where I found my one. -Lucozade kentbrockm> what is team tournament?pernille> like 2v2 kentkentbrockm> ahkentbrockm> wanna be my partner, pern?pernille> lolpernille> i suckkentbrockm> good habbit for a gal your age.Autofire> lolExplody Th> Omg kent------------------------------------------------------Incomplete> ?find MikeTheNoseMikeTheNose is in SSCC Metal Gear CTF------------------------------------------------------MikeTheNose> ?find IncompleteNot online, last seen more than 10 days ago My Profile
