yeah that makes sense but my way was a lot less work because I basically just used the elim plugin blum.gif

 

I'll just use the kill race option then ... because if everybody is on the same team, then you get kills if a) you kill jugger or B) you kill people as jugger ... both can count and that saves me effort blum.gif

no dooms :/ the whole point is you have to be the juggernaught to win... lol

 

I haven't played the event yet :( but I'm !@#$%^&*uming it already is made so that if you kill the juggernaught you become the juggernaught? so the bot only counts players points towards winning if they are on the juggernaughts freq. in that sense it is a combination of killrace and conquer.

 

also if you have to choose between winning by kills or winning by timer, you should deffinately make it win by timer, or else include both as options.

thats true, but thats why I recommend the event being in a small arena. As if is right now it should definately win by kills. Edited by Gibbit

Current problems:

 

1) Everytime the juggernaught is killed, EVERYONE is switched to a different freq (so the juggernaught can keep the flag) causing everyone to be suddenly warped to a random part of the map.

 

solutions:

a)give everyone their own freq

b)eliminate the need for a flag, by having the bot prize super and other stuff to the jugger

c)eliminate the need for a flag by making one ship the "juggernaught ship" so when you kill the juggernaught your switched to that ship, and the juggernaught is switched back to their original ship.

d)you guys post some idea's if you got any

 

 

2) if the flag is somehow dropped or neuted the bot continues to think the last holder is the juggernaught and that anyone who kills them also becomes the juggernaught, however they no longer have the super juggernaught powers.

 

solution: idc lol shouldn't happen much but if it does happen again dooms can handle it.

I dont want to prize a ship *super thought gibbit, that is way too powerful.

 

And if I made 1 ship the jugger ... I dont like THAT idea because well, that eliminates a deva ship somebody might like.

 

I still think flag is best option.

 

I think maybe having everybody on their own freq would solve the freq changing.

 

But I also think just having a smaller map might so the problem of being freqset.... since then the jugger won't be as far away

 

 

Oh, as for problem 2, I made the timer longer ... so that should prevent dropping, and I'll see what I can do about the person becomming NOT the jugger if they lose flag.

 

Maybe we should make timer very small so jugger has to fight in order to keep flag?

and I'd say either set the flag timer to 0 so it doesnt drop, or fix it so they become NOT jugger if it drops :(
