You staff way too many zones, and don't give any of them your time and devotion. I consider my forums/site a zone. I have sysops, smods, and mods. All who help to keep things moving and in control. Sorry bro, but just how it is. Most of my staff spends more time on the forum than me sometimes. They may not always post, but I see them here all the time, and by the analog stats of some of their ips, they account for good chunks of the 1,000,000+ hits each month.

Or if I'll have to hire in. Prefer promoting, but we'll see. I handle it all right now fine, but like help and teaching, mhmm.
