ANyway if you are paying for better then that phone them. If they don't fix it leave for a new ISP.If ur in windows:try this: Start -> RunType "cmd"then typetracert example:i would type: tracert www.cox.net

(I FINALLY HAD A LAG-FREE GAME OF HALO FOR THE FIRST TIME )
