Mutants by definition have abnormal DNA, while the DNA of the fetus was healthy and actually identical to the hosts'. I don't know why this happens more often in India. Just a few weeks ago a girl with 8 limbs was operated on, where the excess limbs were removed (too bad they could just make the extra limbs fuctional - then the girl would have an almost certain future of becoming an evil supervillian who could rule the world). Both conditions are actually cases of siamese twins joined really close together.

Besides if we got women why would you get a male pregnant, its too expensive anyway
