probably that, as i do have a lot of S2C ploss from my campus..

imma have to try this when i get onto a different network to see whats up.....

its probably just the graphics card you have

 

and how would the refresh rate have ANY thing to do with it not responding?

it was working fine before

I also doubt refresh rate could be the cause... Refresh rate could cause a low frame rate or something, but not much else.

Available refresh rates mostly depend of your screen. Most cards can output anything frmo 50 to 75 Hz, but usually it's the screen that doesn't support these modes

Also....is your resolution on Continuum consistent with the resolution on your PC ?

 

EDIT: I dont think that has anything to do with it. I would check to make sure it is consistent thought. Check the refresh rate is the same as your os also. Maybe something.

No, because TW doesnt allow my resolution, max in TW i think is 1280x768

I have to lower it for that... my PC res is like 1680 by 1050 or something like that

I have it set to do windowed mode, so it shouldnt be a problem...
