Post times are weird

i mean i know what happened... but i dont know why the server didnt fix it

i used Fast Reply, and it appended my next post onto that one, and it updated the posted time, but not the edited time

Maybe it was one of those freak things where you pressed the button at like, 9:11:59 then the refresh to the server came back at 9:12:~...That's odd, never seen that before. Try editing it again, see if the times re-align.

well i mean, i had edited it before i hit fast reply and added a new post....

 

heres what i did:

i had added to the post "aaaaaannnd from my calculations. thats 20"

 

then i hit fast reply and posted "see if you can enable it to do more than 1 vote per person"

Not really a bug. Just a feature I have enabled on the forum.

 

If you reply too soon after posting and noone else has posted, it merges your posts. So it took the time of the later post... simple to see.

i know that, but why didnt it fix the "post edited on" time?
