And my company hasent changed enything so...I had the same conection (10mbit) in 2 years now, and never had problems. Yes I do got a nasty euro lag, but I have always been able to play. Now I can only play (sometimes) att day time (euro timezone) but att night (when I usually played) I get nasty ploss...."PING Current:180 ms Average:170 ms Low:170 ms High:180 ms S2C: 0.3% C2S: 10.2%"this is a good day, this is very unusual! here is the trace I did...Tracing Zone: SSCX Extreme Games IP Address: 64.85.65.229 Hop IP Address Host Name Loss(%) Min/Avg/Max Ping--- --------------- -------------------------------- ------- ---------------- 1 213.114.138.2 ua-213-114-138-2.cust.bredbandsb 0.0 0 0 50 2 195.54.115.97 vlan3.dr1.sto33.se.bredband.com 0.0 0 0 100 3 195.54.115.17 vlan7.dr2.sto2.se.bredband.com 0.0 0 0 70 4 195.54.118.13 ge1-0.cr2.sto2.se.bredband.com 0.0 0 0 0 5 195.54.123.105 pos13-0.cr1.sto1.se.bredband.com 0.0 0 0 0 6 195.54.123.113 pos4-0.br3.sto1.se.bredband.com 0.0 0 0 0 7 64.215.185.81 <unknown> 0.0 0 10 20 8 67.17.72.234 pos9-0-2488M.cr1.HAM1.gblx.net 0.0 10 10 20 9 67.17.64.90 pos0-0-2488M.cr1.AMS2.gblx.net 0.0 20 20 20 10 67.17.65.234 so6-0-0-2488M.ar2.AMS2.gblx.net 0.0 20 20 30 11 208.51.74.26 <unknown> 0.0 20 20 30 12 208.173.220.130 zcr2-ge-2-0-0.Amsterdamamt.cw.ne 3.4 20 20 20 13 208.173.209.197 bcr2-so-2-0-0.Amsterdam.cw.net 5.1 20 20 30 14 208.172.82.62 acr2-loopback.Seattle.cw.net 3.4 150 160 190 15 208.172.81.222 bhr2-pos-0-0.Tukwilase2.cw.net 6.8 160 160 160 16 216.34.64.42 csr11-ve241.Tukwilase2.cw.net 6.8 160 170 340 17 ... ... 0.0 1000000 0 0 18 ... ... 0.0 1000000 0 0 Cycles: 58 ty for ur help! peace Quote
Paine Posted November 13, 2003 Report Posted November 13, 2003 Well, im no tech-wiz either but C2S means your comupters sending the information badly... I dont know how to fix it properly, so I just kick my comp a few times and reboot, seems to work for me. Quote
madhaha Posted November 14, 2003 Report Posted November 14, 2003 Don't listen to paine C2S = Client to server. From the looks of your trace it seems like its some routers a long way down the line: nothing to do with Your computer. I'm under the impression that your ISP should be able to sort it out, maybe you should try ringing tech support again. Alternatively, just wait for it to sort itself out. Quote
