Smong Posted October 23, 2007 Report Posted October 23, 2007 I heard another site called tvlinks was shutdown recently. According to the speculation it could end up making hyperlinks illegal. Since I think everything is automatically copyrighted under the berne convention just linking to a page you don't own the copyright to would be a violation, heh. Anyway, it's unlikely you'd get prosecuted because only the copyright holder can prosecute, not some bystander. And it's not as if major websites want to start prosecuting their customers.
