Why did you nerf it so much , aileron. Before a 10 turn attack could rake in mega_shok.gif-100% of the $ but now a 10turn attack can only rake in 40-100%. Also a 15turn attack is about 50-100% of the money

 

the range of $ that you cant take Is WAY to huge, you need to make it more effective to attack, like it was before, it can still be 15/15 for maximum effects, gbut make the ammount of $ you take MUCH greater.. its anoying to only take a quarter of what they have

I know wut you mean. last round 9 turns got you more than wut you can get off 15 some times.using anything Less than 15 turns now is asking to get !@#$%^&* cash .!@#$%^&* even useing one turn to see wut ur nme has even sucks u lose about 400 guys

Objective 1 of changing max attack turns to 15 was to slow things down a bit. It did that. Making things less random was a secondary goal. I didn't think it would decrease the hauls. However, what I will do is look inside the attack formula to investigate.

I checked the code, and most of your suspicions were confirmed. Increasing the max attack turns did make the 10-turn attack less effective, though I will also point out that there are a couple other reasons why the two of you will have lower hauls than before.

 

Also, I was primarily concerned with slowing things down, so I never checked to see how turns impact the random factor. Now I did. Turns don't affect the random factor at all, so Sound's suspicion is half-correct.

Sound thought that the 15 turn attack didn't make things less random and infact made them more random. He's half-right becuase the first part of his theory was correct but the second part false.

Um, no, that's not what's written there.

 

The fact that 15 turns is not making things less random is true.

The theory that it was making things more random is false.

 

Turns don't affect the random factor.

Another annoyance just occurred. Falco and cdrom with ~ 190mill each. 15 turns used. I take 105mill from falco and 85mill from cdrom.

380-190= :(
