Subchat2 Freak Edition Suggestions

1. Sound notifying pms, connecting/disconnect sounds.

 

Done for PM/Remote PM

2) a possibility to change link/background/selection color would be good.

 

3) a text somewhere that shows which arena you are in (caption for example)

 

4) something that shows which messages are squad messages and which are PMs. in subgame, you can't see the difference. ASSS shows something like this:

(#squad):Sender: The message

 

5) a possibility to change the size of user list at the right, or totally remove it.

 

6) I'd like to see the white bar removed under the bar you write your message. (see the picture)

 

7) is it possible to have more chats? atleast 10 is possible.

 

when you click the chat window, it would be nice if you could start writing without clicking the message-bar. (like in continuum)

 

9) always on top possibility

 

10) skins would be nice.

3) doable to some extent

 

4) If subgame doesnt know, then thiers no way that subchat could know

6) autohide for that would be nice, or put soething else usefull on it

needs custom controls, much like ive been trying to do for SubChat3 so mabye in the future

11) this was a protocol mistake, fixed in subchat3

 

 

Ive been working on SubChat3 for awhile, unfortunatly it got put semi-hold for a bit due to personal issues. When it gets finished is hard to say. But I do intend to finish it... eventualy ^^

I already have 9 in my latest SC2. But like kirk said, SC3 is currently being deved so chances are what I have so far with SC2 wont get released.
