Emp bombing with weasels

EMP isn't very powerful, you people just think it's annoying.

EMP is very effective against ships that have a recharge build, particularly the smaller ones

effective in pissing them off, but not doing boku's of damage. sure, when i get emped i want to rape those who are emping, but emps & wzls are not any more overpowered than any other ship. wzl's are actually pretty easy to kill, and since they lack a great energy resevoir, alot of speed, or high bullet speed, emping you so you cant keep spraying is really their only good defense.
