Hakaku Posted September 21, 2007 Report Posted September 21, 2007 It's been since Wednesday that the dollar has been quasi-breaking the line, but it's now pretty official, the Canadian $ > US $1$CA = 1.00054$US (so for the number-impaired, 1$ca=1$us give or take a few 0.0001s) It had to be said
PoLiX Posted September 21, 2007 Report Posted September 21, 2007 1.00 CAD = 1.00073 USD As of now... When I was 12, 1.00 CAD = .35 USD, almost pointless to goto Canada anymore. Guess it won't only be the passport issue keeping Americans from going to Canada now.
rootbear75 Posted September 21, 2007 Report Posted September 21, 2007 my currency gadget saysUS$1 = CAD$0.997orCAD$1 = US$1.003
rootbear75 Posted September 22, 2007 Report Posted September 22, 2007 back down now. 1USD = 1.001CAD1CAD = 0.999USD
Falcoknight Posted September 22, 2007 Report Posted September 22, 2007 The last time I went to Canada a Canadian dollar was worth like, 60 cents of American money...!@#$%^&*sux.
Hakaku Posted September 24, 2007 Author Report Posted September 24, 2007 Once again! 1$ CA = 1.00168 US $$
rootbear75 Posted September 26, 2007 Report Posted September 26, 2007 even lower now 1USD = 1.006CAD1CAD = 0.994USD

rootbear75 Posted September 27, 2007 Report Posted September 27, 2007 Update:1USD = 1.001CAD1CAD = 0.999USD
Smarties Posted September 28, 2007 Report Posted September 28, 2007 your updates are horribly off you !@#$%^&*ing fat !@#$%^&*, dont use some website you !@#$%^&*in googled, used the official stock exchange site you idiot Canada always owned america in terms of government, now we own your dollar doesnt matter anyways, next time one of you ASSS get hit by a car, YOU ACTUALLY HAVE TO PAY TO HAVE IT FIXED. HAHA rofl, theres many reasons why our country owns your, but surely, if this was the only one, we would still dominate your country in terms of standard of living. a note to all obese americans, now that your dollar is !@#$%^&*, might as well move to canada before your heart fails and need to fork 250 grand for a new one, or just get them free here ROFL. having to pay to live is such a !@#$%^&*in typical american power hungry thing to do. I could go get new heart transplants WEEKLY. Canada > America. Give me one reason why it doesn't.
rootbear75 Posted September 29, 2007 Report Posted September 29, 2007 (edited) im not using a googled site you !@#$%^&*ing moron...read what i stated:my currency gadget says im using the built in windows vista gadget.. i have no !@#$%^&*ing clue where it gets its info from, so dont give me !@#$%^&* for itnor do i know how often it updates THE CURRENCY GADGET SAYS: (as of the last time it updated) another thingGEORGE BUSH RUINED THE DOLLAR Edited September 29, 2007 by rootbear75
Hakaku Posted September 29, 2007 Author Report Posted September 29, 2007 Actually Smarties, the updates were right on target. Currency updates really often, so it's very plausible that the exchange rate of our two dollars changes at any time. (and Root's posts were right on cue with http://www.xe.com, give or take some accuracy) Anyhow, if you think they're so wrong and that we're all using false information, where's your proof of the opposite? But seriously, why so anti-american? You're just making yourself sound arrogant and ignorant, even by my Canadian standards.
rootbear75 Posted September 29, 2007 Report Posted September 29, 2007 (edited) 1USD = 0.993CAD1CAD = 1.007USD edit: currency gadget only displays up to 3 decimal points..its fine for most things un less your dealing with a large amount of money, then you would probably go with a more accurate one as in www.xe.com Edited September 29, 2007 by rootbear75
