Missing old zones

I miss StarWars being populated with enough people to have the type of flagging game I like

 

back when it was RiSC or SFSS it always had enough pop, and also so did SWR, which was fun and roughly similar settings, can't find any populated zone anymore with flagging that I really like, only EG comes close, and its nothing like it used to be

Did you guys notice that D+ wants nothing to do with ssforum, or any of his zones. He also -never- posts on ssforum. But the minute you say "D+" or "death" he !@#$%^&*ing pops out of nowhere and replies...Its like hes a !@#$%^&*ing genie or something.

Yeah it was. It was called T3 WITCH DOOM. It was like SVS but ship/weapon speeds x5. Someone tried to bring it back recently, it was even on the ssc biller.

 

Wow I had no idea some of the old SWR crew still posted here on the forums after all these years. I did wonder whatever happened to Shadowripper, lyta, femmefatal, and the others. I do remember FLQ being the biggestt newb squad of all time and Two-Bottles group called Tantra. and Of coruse who would ever forget about HAWKMANIA by far one of the greatest squads ever! I even do remember the battle raps I use t have and how many times I was banned from SWR I think at one time I was banned for like 3 or 4 months. lol those were the days. I do remember the SWR flagging leagues and duel leagues. I do remember being a staff member (ER) for that zone for a good while also. Its the end of 2007 and I started playing this game at the begining of 2001 I feel so old and some of these players nowdays were probably in diapers when I was destroying people in SWR.

 

I think if done correctly under new manegment SWR could be revived and have a twist of little bit of the old school players and a bunch of new school players.

I talk with Lyta on a fairly regular basis, and Lyta said she talks to SR fairly regularly, so thier all still around somehwere ^^. Once you become part of this place, you can never leave. Its like a horror movie ^^. And I miss my old zone Realms, I liked the days when actual skill was required to duel instead of all this one-hit kill bs. When you actualy had to manage your energy between firing and being able to take enough dmg to stay alive, and you had to carefully consider how to fire your slow moving bombs or bullets such that the enemy would run into them, leading your shots, all that fun tactical stuff that is almost extinct now because all the little kids can handle is point and shoot like it was an FPS. Ahh well, sigh for the good ole days...
