Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: -Account action and account troubleshooting-Develop and maintain customer/player relations in and outside the game-Maintain an in-game administrative presence and enforce game policies and rules of conduct-Be an informative resource for the ijji's user base-Monitor networking and game functionality with the use of in-house tools-Collect, investigate, and process various data regarding in-game issues, exploits and bugs-Help brainstorm, create, plan and execute community events and game content updates-Work closely with team members to ensure milestones are met in a timely manner-Evaluate games for potential acquisition Desired Qualifications: - Strong knowledge of ijji.com games- Strong knowledge of the video game market, especially online multiplayer games- passion for games--Be able to learn and master game in a short amount of time- Excellent writing and communication skills- Experience in an online game community- Strong initiative and can-do at!@#$%^&*ude- Ability to independently manage and accomplish multiple tasks- Proficient computer skills (troubleshooting, MS Office products, basic networking, html) Basic Requirements: - Age 18 years or older- High School Diploma or higher- Fluent in the English Language (written and oral)- Must be able to commute to our Irvine, CA office on a daily basis. This is not a telecommuting position.
