Remember when someone would do some crazy event for the weekends, that was the best ever

 

well, i only remember 1 specific event, that was perm rocket and changed thrust GFX to this blue thing ( Was fun + a new twist to devastation )

 

 

well, since i dont have the resources to try and create somthing everyweek .. i thought id do somthing awsome for haloween .. yea its more than a month away or w/e .. but thats a month of hardcore development for what will be , an awsome day(s) of haloween fun

 

 

so, if you have any ideas please post

-buyables? (sos only )

I can throw in some halloween-buyables, no problem.

Just do like we did for the Christmas map; change some things on the map, and make the bases look Halloween-themed. If you decide to change a lot of things (gfx, sfx...), it might be a lot more work than you expect. But whatever you do, don't make the zone look completely foreign

Seriously? Halloween is October 31st. - Well, shouldn't be too surprised, you've never eaten bacon before! (Halloween's basically all about scaring people, pumpkins, and running door to door asking for candy)

um, haloween buyables are a tricky one, gimme a sec to think about it, im sure somthing cool will pop up

candy bullets, pumkin bombs, maybe even pumkin/monster face rep, same goes for flags, etc.

yea bombs are tricky though since i was playing with them and unless you dont care about ship1 shooting candy without flags and somthing else w/ flags and ship7's bounce bombs changing after 2 bounces to a diffrent bomb

 

 

its just rather anoying

 

i had somthin started bomb wise however with the 'code' of what bomb/ship in a nice colour , gawd i love having nothing to do

 

 

 

here is a question:

is it posible to have a bombs.bm2 and a buyable seperate bombs.bm2

 

so 20+ bomb graffics. so you start normaly but can purchace haloween gfx for a cheap price

Nope, only 1 bombs.bm2 (which means 4 bomb levels, one with emp, the other without = 8 bomb gfx)

 

Also, I'd recommend that the flags be candies. That's something worth bullying for!
