i like sui's idea, ban/jail/spec duels could be a fun little thing that sets HS from the otherzones..

plus..its not like the other person is forced to accept

 

that way people who want the chance to duel and improve can duel vets without losing 10k+ everytime.

I admit that I have hosted a ban duel, being under consent by both participants. While it's not a BAN, it's more of like a break of some sorts. None of these duels have consented to over 24 hours (Almost all of them were at night and were for the hours where they'd be asleep.) I see it as just a way to put 'higher stakes' on a duel. :/

I personally would never host any such duel, even with consenting parties. If players decide amongst themselves to not play for a certain time period that is fine with me, but I would not actually ban/kick anyone because of the result of a duel.
