the easiest way to embed is the icon all the way at the right of the second toolbar in the Post window is Insert Media. paste your youtube link there.

 

if you want to it manually i believe the tags are

[youtube] link [/youtube]

... i think.

 

 

EDIT, that is if the video supports embedding. if the video doesn't support embedding, you'll get a warning when you press play saying to watch the video on youtube's site.
