Help With Development

I'm trying to get a zone up and running. I can run it and people can join as well as I. But now I need to go to the next step. I'm wanting a Call of Duty theme but the only thing I'm good at is creating maps. I already have a botter. But I need help with shipsets, .lvz, tilesets, graphics, and sound graphics. I know no one really wants to help out a newbie especially with a newbie zone, but I thought I'd ask to see if I can get a response. If anyone would like to help me out with my zone you can contact me in game or e-mail me at sk8erpunkzero2002@yahoo.com I will give you credit for anything that you do for me. I do plan to get zone hosted on a server once It's finished and anyone that helps me is more than welcome to help me staff it or dev it once I get it hosted. Thanks ahead of time. I'm still working on arena settings atm but I cant do much for a map with default tileset.

UPDATE: I have found someone to do sfx, gfx, and lvz files for me. I still need someone to do shipsets for me and a tileset. I need a tileset really bad. So if anyone would like to help it would really be greatly appreciated. I have some screenshots of CoD if it comes in handy. I just cant seem to put the tiles together. Also UPDATE: Almost everything is ready to go. All I need now is shipsets and awaiting botter to finish bots for me. I really need help with shipsets I have photoshop 7.0 but I cant draw if my life depended on it. I have the call of duty theme, I'm looking for an overhead view of people in either camo or tan uniforms and 1 ship needs to be a greenish preferably dark green Jeep. Overhead view as well. I have the actions to rotate the images for me so that is not needed. Alright, that's it! I'm going to copy a game and make a zone of it! Let's see - I'll copy.... Subspace! Yah - and I'll use their ships, graphics, space background - ya know, it'll even feel exactly like the original game! ha beat that!
