Mass Staff Exodus from Desert Storm...

Today, a m!@#$%^&* exodus has occured involving the Staff in your beloved zone. !@#$%^&*onearth was fired after a bogus rumor was spread about him, resulting in Death?to?all being promoted, not only to a Super Moderator position, but also to Staff Coordinator.

 

This was a huge mistake. Death?to?all is an ignorant fool. He has no clue what he is doing. As a result, the following people have submitted resignations from staff Positions with Desert Storm:

 

Jericho24. (Sysop)

!@#$%^&*onearth (Smod, Staff Coordinator)

Skywize (Mod)

bigcheif (Mod)

Amphibius (Mod)

2pacalypse (Mod)

 

Now, that being said, whats left? What is left is Fly Boy who is non active, Lewadra who is barely active and may resign once we get ahold of him, Death?to?all who is useless. Muzz is rarely on, Beenloadn is staff in name only, and the sysops are never around. So, in all, DS no longer has a staff. Those of us who have resigned will gladly return, once Death?to?all has been removed, at a minimum from the Smod position, but preferably from staff all together.

 

We thank the players who have shown their support to us so far.

 

Ah, Death?to?all has now taken the next step and is banning users for minor infractions. I was banned for speaking in Staff Chat of all places. Now we all get to sit back and watch while Desert Storm is run into the ground by an ignorant 14 year old child.

Now we all get to sit back and watch while Desert Storm is run into the ground by an ignorant 14 year old child.
I've been doing this for the past two years. The only people who play there are staff members because everyone else is banned.

 

Oh, this shouldn't be in SSC Network. It has nothing to do with the SSC Network.

you can only understand this if you know whats going on at DS Staff which is at the moment (after i got axed jeri resigned and skywize resigned) is inexperienced staff with a VERY inexperienced Smod (Named Death?to?all) which is also co-staff coordinator, YEAH for another abusive Smod, he doesnt know how to properly handle a certain situation how the **** is he suposed to teach the probo's? Henk ur worst decision ever was axing me since i was not done training these noobs. have fun with inexperienced and staff thats letting theyre powers getting to theyre head (-points at Death?to?all-) to be true you got 1 proper staff member thats on alot -points at Bigcheifhitmybong- but as far as i know he wont last long with dta as co-staff coord

 

well first time in my life i make a msg longer then 3 lines so all read this ESPECIALLY Vili with his "You were gonne m!@#$%^&* abuse because you were about to quit" atleast send someone a msg when you axe him/her after 2 years.

Whats even more funny is that I quit this staff for the BS that was going on, TWICE, and TWICE, not only did the sysops beg for me to come back, but Vili/Henk himself begged for me to come back, saying I was one of the few he trusted and knew did the right thing. Now I get a message from him claiming I was an "Abusive Mod". Make up your mind.

 

Oh, and at the DS forums, I was voted to be the best Mod they have. Go figure smile.gif

I dont think anyone has to worry about DS its a great game and will be there for a long time.

I have been mostly afk past few days, seems I was at work when this happened though.

 

I know something was going on that could lead to this, probably had a lot to do with it and that noone could really control, but things seem to have gone down a completely different route of stupidity and backlash instead of what I thought would happen.

Man, honestly you have no place to call other people inexperienced. You do exactly what he does, but even worse.

x`terrania, please keep ur mouth shut. I know the commands, i know what to do as Smod and i know what to do as co-Staff coord.

 

Then a reply on vili (got this from DS forums) "!@#$%^&*onearth decided to quit SS and was planning to abuse. Before he had the chance i removed all of powers, simple as that!" Yes vili i was going to quit SS, No i was not going to m!@#$%^&* abuse my ops, i also told you i was not finished training them as they got ALOT to learn about how to find out if someone is cheating or not (since theres only 1 person that MIGHT know it and thats actually active) and how to properly handle certain situations, but i guess your leaving that to someone that never seen a cheater before, unless your training them (which you wont since your never on) well have fun.

 

PS, when you axe someone after that person been staff for 2 years, atleast send him a message
